Egg omelet is a very easy dish to make and healthy. Include one egg a day in your daily diet! Here is the recipe for egg omelet.
Two eggs, 2 tablespoons of chopped onions, 1 tablespoon of chopped tomatoes, and one green chilly chopped, and coriander leaves.
Whip the eggs until fluffy and keep it aside. Now fry the onions, tomatoes and green chilies and add salt and pepper to this mixture. Mix the whipped eggs and this vegetable mixture. Heat the frying pan and fry your omelet until golden brown. Serve hot with coriander leaves strewn over it.
